He is the son of Kings County SUPREME COURT JUDGE Steven Mostofsky, who also goes by Shlomo. He faces 4 Federal charges including felony theft & disorderly conduct. He was wearing a bullet proof vest & carrying a riot shield. He and his father are both registered Democrats in New York.
