Or have each box checked/counted before going to polling station. Of course have witnesses from both parties to verify the count. I agree that eliminating the boxes is the right thing to do.

Some ballots are printed in china and preselected candidate marked and shipped here in the US via hand carry.
It's all rigged in the system
Custom staff are also part of it letting them in.
