IS JAMES COMEY ABOVE THE LAW? Cartoon published 11/06/2025 Lounging well above the law in a Democrat treetop fortress is former FBI Director James Comey. He’s relaxing on a new ”Above the Law Dems” branch of the government tree. I drew a similar cartoon over five years ago and it showed many Democrats parked on the branch and being led by a sanctimonious Pelosi announcing, “No one is above the law!” a phrase the Democrats used constantly during repeated impeachment proceedings against President Trump. Pelosi absolutely hates Trump so much that she considers him a ‘vile creature’ and the ‘worst thing on the face of the Earth.’ She claimed Trump has violated our Constitution, but we all know Pelosi would, if it brought her party more power, eagerly tear up that document up faster than her copy of Trump’s SOTU speech. When Jeffries was asked what he thought about Pelosi’s invective, he dodged the question and praised Pelosi up and down for her statesmanship. In other words, he agrees with Pelosi and all the other Democrats do, too—except maybe for Senator John Fetterman, who has demonstrated sane statesmanship that his peers lack. We also published a book titled, “Lock Them Up,” in 2018. It featured many criminal politicians in a lineup and with Trump saying, “They all did it!” Comey was in the lineup even then, but after a while we began to lose hope that the perpetrators would actually serve time. After all, Trump promised to lockup Hillary during the run for his first term, but after he won the election he went all soft and gooey, saying she was a ’nice lady.’ No, she was and always WILL BE a criminal who needs to face justice. After her reprieve she immediately worked with Comey to get Trump kicked out of office. Hillary plays hardball, not beachball. Will any of the criminal traitors face justice? My skepticism still runs deep and I won’t get my hopes up again—but if one—only one—can be put behind bars I will be happy if that ‘one’ is James Comey. A dirty cop, he worked with Hillary and assigned FBI agents to harass Trump, his family, his associates, his cabinet members, and his loyal MAGA followers. What Comey’s FBI did to General Flynn was beyond disgraceful. As it turns out the prosecution has hand-written, incriminating notes from Comey himself—and they are smoking guns. He wrote that he and Hillary will tie down Trump’s presidency by means of a false Russia collusion scandal. The seashells Comey arranged called for the death of Trump, but he lied and claimed they were put there that way by nature. What the prosecution has are not seashells and we hope the next seashore Comey sees is the one on the way to Gitmo. — Ben Garrison
