1/1/2021 - It's kumquat time of year! I usually just slice, deseed, and dehydrate at 135 degrees for about 12 hours. This makes them even sweeter and semi-soft with a little crisp. Delicious! But, this year I've got plenty more on the tree to experiment with a couple other ways I've been reading about.NOTE: For some reason Wimkin would upload the photo of my kumquat tree (a bush really) with this set of photos. I tried several times...and it wouldn't upload this writing with the pictures. I had to come back and write it again.
