It was just last year that we living historians at Sycamore Shoals State Historical Park celebrated the Christmas season but it seems a lifetime ago. So many things have been or are cancelled that it seems like life has stopped. In a sea of masjs, I look for those brave enough to flash a smile and try not to worry thinking about an uncertain future that seems to be swirling overhead. I pray God gives us justice and honesty and strength to stand up for the good and virtuous things that make America so great. I pray Christmas reminds us of Who is ultimately in charge.
