1 John 2:15 - Love n o t the world, neither the t h i n g s that are in the world. If any man love the w o r l d, the love of the Father is not in him. LOVE: It has been corrupted and commercialize to the high heavens.If the average person had to d e s c r i b e love, it would be with words like: Work, family, friends, gifts, holiday, travel, sports, etc.Love has n o t h i n g to do with things that are 'in' the world. God's love allows us to filter things 'in' this world in accordance to his laws. Without God's love you only possess earthly 'things' with no heavenly purposes.First: Love is understood and defined by GOD: 1 John 4:10 Herein is l o v e, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and s e n t his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. LOVE is an action: => God sent his Son <=. It's not defined by your emotional states from physical activities as found here in this world.SECOND: Love is directed at others in accordance to his laws and not in accordance commercialize appearances of love:1 John 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we o u g h t also to love one another. 1 John 4:17 Herein is our love made p e r f e c t, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. Love can be perfected but its i m p e r f e c t when you only see what the world dictates concerning emotional love that is full of emptiness.
