The American Civil War was a civil war in the United States from 1861 to 1865, fought between northern states loyal to the Union and southern states that had seceded to form the Confederate States of America. The civil war began primarily as a result of the long-standing controversy over the enslavement of Black people. War broke out in April 1861 when secessionist forces attacked Fort Sumter in South Carolina, just over a month after Abraham Lincoln had been inaugurated as the President of the United States. The loyalists of the Union in the North, which also included some geographically western and southern states, proclaimed support for the Constitution. 159 years later we are looking into the face of yet another Civil War. Instead of it being between the North and South, this time it will be The Democrats and the Republicans. Instead of over the enslavement of Black people, this time it will be over our Freedom, our Rights. Again we will be defending The Constitution. And again it will be after the inauguration of a President. And once again I feel that the two Parties and the states they represent need to secede from one another. President Trump needs to take action now by enacting Insurrection Act as Dwight D. Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy did. President Trump also needs to call and enforce Martial law to ensure the safety of the American people. The 2020 Presidental Election has been rigged and stolen from the people. From all the chaos a third Patry should form - The Patriot Party.
