Miscreants throughout history have been executed by being thrown off precipices. In future, the worst villains might be tossed off the tallest cliff in the Solar System, Verona Rupes, on Uranus' moon, Miranda. It's a 20 kilometer drop to the bottom, but with the mild gravity and zero atmosphere, the fall takes 12 minutes, assuring sufficient time for the horror of the situation to completely sink in.
