KATHY REECE MCNEIL POSTED:This is my assessment of what is happening to date. There were a ton of filings today with the SCOTUS, on both sides. DC, and 22 other States and territories (like Guam) filed a brief in support of PA, GA, MI, and WI. Even Detroit joined them. 105 Senators and Representatives from those States (PA, GA, WI, and MI) joined our side. The Christian Coalition from Florida and the Justice and Freedom Foundation of California also joined us. Then WI AND GA joined us, against themselves. That makes 22 States that have joined the fight. And of course, we can't forget that the President joined as a citizen and the President. This is why I called this a Modern day Civil War. There is NO way that the SCOTUS won't see this through and make a decision. In my opinion, and this is just my opinion, the SCOTUS will decide that this is a mess and send it back to the States. Not to the State Courts however, but to the State Legislatures, where the US Constitution gave the ultimate power to decide.The Legislatures have been trying to take their power back from the Governors and Secretaries of State this entire time, but since they haven't been in session they have been unable to. The Governors, for whatever reason, won't call them back into session to deal with this mess. Our Elections are usually on Autopilot and are based on the popular vote per State, but with all the fraud, the Republican Led Legislatures in all these States want to decide which Electors to send to College and they should be able to. I believe, that the SCOTUS will give the Legislatures the power to decide which Electors to send to College, which would be what the Constitution says should happen in Article 2, Section 1.At that point, I believe that the Republican Led Legislatures will either send the Republican Electors OR will send both set of Electors (Democrat and Republican) which will cancel each other out. I think they'll do the latter so they don't upset any of their actual legal citizen voters (not Cheaters). When that happens, neither Biden nor Trump will get 270, so the Congress decides. One vote per State, not per Representative, in which case, we win.Do I think that there will be an uprising by the radical left? Yes, but remember, the Military has been dispatched across this Country, everywhere, to deal with the distribution of the Vaccine. Just because they are being used as a supply chain does NOT mean that they aren't still the strongest Military in the World and can handle any issue that might arise. One last thing, many people are finally being told about the Biden family corruption and are really upset that they voted for him, so I believe that many will not be upset that the SCOTUS and Congress will overturn the fraud in these States. Again, this is just my opinion, based on what I've read, seen, and heard. ?????????????????????
