America’s Future Motion Granted in Second Amendment Case The Washington State Supreme Court granted America’s Future’s Motion for Leave to file an Amicus brief in Washington State v. Gator Guns, Inc. (Dkt. No. 102940-3). The motion, unopposed by either party, was approved on December 3, 2024, allowing the brief to support Gator Customs Guns’ constitutional challenge to Washington state statute ESSB 5078.
