While these memes make sense against the roll-out of CBDC they are pushing a false narrative regarding the use of US Federal Reserve notes or "cash". Why? Because the "reserve notes" were altered at least a decade ago to contain not only imbedded tracking numbers, but a special QR code that was supposedly to aid in combatting counterfeiting. Both of those additions allow for "tracking" once received and processed by US banks as well as larger foreign banks. So the US government still knows "where" the "cash" is going and even "how" it is being spent.
