Romans 8:6 (KJV) For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be spiritually minded [is] life and peace.
SIN: What is sin? Sin is Anything that opposes God or the Holy Scriptures. Sin is a transgression of the Law (scriptures).
Are all sins equal: No?
Can God forgive all sins, yes.
Does God remove the consequences of Sin: Absolutely Not.
The Laws of man judges the crime according to severity:
EXAMPLE: You can pay a fine for a speeding ticket unless you are caught going twice the limit and then you will be arrested for wreck-less driving. Both are crimes of speeding but different consequences.
Also you can steal an 🍎 or and 🍊 and maybe just given a slap on the wrist but if you steal a car, you are going to jail.
If you rob a bank you are going to jail for a longer period of time then from just stealing a car.
God judges your sinfulness with similar judgments from him.
So, yes God can forgive but don’t expect consequences for sins to be removed.
God judges and there will always be a consequence for any foolishness or sinfulness.
