When is the last time you thanked someone in ministry for the work they are doing? Many pastors, laymen, and missionaries can feel unappreciated. They send out ministry updates, but often get no response. How might you be able to make them feel encouraged? Maybe you could tell them how you appreciate the work they do. You can make someone else’s day and give them strength to continue just by acknowledging the hard work they do.
