The lunar temperatures are minus 250 F in the shade and 250 F in the blazing sun. Instantly. There is no in-between. So, can anyone explain to me how the 35mm Ektachrome film, lead-acid batteries, and duct tape were able to withstand these brutal extremes? Anyone who has been camping in the snow knows damn well you can't get duct tape off the roll, especially wearing thick gloves. We have been lied to by our government for a very long time. Here's a photo of the lunar rover, repaired with a paper map and duct tape in 1972.Sorry, I'm patriotic, but not stupid.
