This applies to veterans and civilians alike:This is your reminder to move. Get up and walk until you can shuffle, shuffle until you can jog, jog till you can run. You have done it before you can do it now. Your country needs you and your mission is still the same. Move, get up and move. You may have been relieved of duty but you are still needed. Your neighbors and community need you. We need you to keep moving keep getting stronger. Small steps gets you closer to the goal then not moving at all. If you don’t move your body will fail you. Your community will miss out on your presence and contributions. Move move move. The future of our country needs you. You are the Value our enemies wants to undermine.
