Everybody’s in a hurry and not paying attention. The one truck blew a tire. And I was pulled over to the right as far as he could go . When he got rear ended . I don’t know if there’s any other vehicles involved on the other side . But I do know about east and westbound interstate 10 between San Antonio and Seguin are shut down right now .
