Beef Broth or Mushroom Broth1c Sour Cream.In a bowl mix 1/2c flour, & 1/2c hot water. Then add a quart jar of beef broth or mushroom broth to your meat, & bring to a boil. Stir in your flour mix. Cook the flour in, & add 1c sour cream. Cook until cooked in.
