Deception even fools the best of us sometimes. I was convinced that this individual was truthful and one of us. Several times throughout my life, I have purchased pieces privately from private individuals to private gun swaps. You can be as careful as possible and yet be deceived. Never repeat the mistakes twice. This individual is a fraud. You should never believe that you should pay such a fee to be able to pick up any package. The moment I seen this I knew it was a scam. Sharing this to anyone who might be tempted to entrust anything that appears to be truthful. There are better ways to safeguard yourself to do such things and even I am subject to being deceived.
