Election officials DO NOT follow rules when it comes to ballot counting,handling and reporting. They are lying corrupt democrats!! 2. They Illegally added Fraudulent votes to sleepy joe and changed and removed Election winning votes to President Trump, to which the SCOTUS and the State Legislates are in the process of correcting. 3. And you are correct in that "Vote recounts and legal challenges are a feature of the election process, "However the lying corrupt democrats wouldn't know the process and guidelines if it jumped up and bit them in the "ASS", Election Democrats are criminally liable for receiving votes of persons unqualified to vote, willfully rejecting qualified electors? votes, altering or stealing ballots or other necessary documents, stuffing the ballot box, falsifying the election returns, and committing fraud In other words "THEY ARE CRIMINALS"
