If the allegations of falsifed votes is upheld, then the candidate who was the beneficiary of those votes must be disqualified because its impossible to know which were legitimate, and which were fraudulent. If the falsified votes are in multiple states, then its a conspiricy and the party comitting the fraud must be held to account.
