A problem cannot be fixed unless it is first acknowledged. This is one such instance. Pretty obvious, everywhere one looks, no matter how hard some try to hide it. A while back, a Japanese cabinet member commented on them as an "albatross around America's neck." After the predictable uproar, he apologized for saying it - but did NOT indicate that the statement was untrue. - Dr. Alan Sabrosky
