Beautiful American Kestral whose wing was nearly severed after a farmers grain auger was turned on for the first time of the season near Keyes, OK. Its unclear if the small bird of prey was hunting or roosting, as 8 birds total were found to have been in the auger. The other birds were all brown cowgirls. One came out immediately with the kestral and appeared to have been bitten on the back of the head/neck. This poor thing was taken to a nearby game warden to be evaluated by a rehabilitationist.https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/American_Kestrel/id
