You may be thinking what the heck is a whole rabbit doing on a hook on your fishing pole? I've used very large whole baits for years for monster catfish. If you hear tales of a guy doing this in Oklahoma, there's a good chance they're talking about me. The last monster I fought for a long time below this dam on the other side. Others saw it but I did not. They said it was the largest blue catfish theyve ever seen, with extreme excitement. Eventually, it took me into someone else's line and mine broke leaving the monster still lurking these waters. Large blue cats and flathead love mammals.
