There are rumors that President Trump is preparing in case he has to deal with home confinement and is unable to attend the Republican National Convention as the mess in New York continues. It is my opinion that if Justice Merchan decides that President Trump can not leave New York to be at the Republican National Convention that Justice Merchan be forced to recuse himself from further involvement in any New York Court Action against President Trump. It was bad enough to have a Justice who decided the Former President would not be allowed to attend his Son Barron's High School Graduation. It is also my opinion that based on the Report from Special Prosecutor Robert Hurr that President Biden should be immediately charged with the crimes that it appears the Special Prosecutor believes President Biden is guilty of regardless of the fear that President Biden might not be found guilty of the charges even though the evidence clearly proves he is.
