Words fall short. Freedom is not free. I know we hear this often, but this has become even more clear to me as I age. Power is never satisfied. It never says “enough.” Power wants more and more and more. For power to grow, it must take control. Control is done almost primarily through fear. I am so thankful and forever indebted to those who faced fear. To those who refused to allow fear to take control of our freedoms. Wishing you all a Happy Memorial Day as we remember those who gave all.
