He is not prophesying rather, he matches solar and lunar eclipses that are tied to Biblical events, especially centered around GOD's holidays [Most of the world calls Jewish Holidays (Leviticus 23)] The holidays are actually appointments placed on HIS calendar (Exodus 12) Pastor Mark follows the repeating patterns tied to all of the above.
