There are a debate and argument over the topic of what we should and shouldn't eat. God has given us clean and unclean to eat as long as we thank God with his blessings on it. In part of the passage he talks about how we should not eat the meat with the blood because the blood is the life. That's why we cook our meats that cook out the blood. Some cultures eat meat raw with blood and that is a high potential for food poisoning and the possibility of death.
