Hi everyone. If you have not received your shares certificates and it has been more than 7 - 10 business days, please email our accounting team at wimkinA@gmail.com. We have set this up as most big tech email providers do not send messages from our corporate email addresses, nor allow us to receive them. We send all certificates out once the transaction settles, in 3 to 5 business days. It should theoretically take only 7-14 total days to receive a certificate via US Mail however, some are taking as much as 26 days following postmark date which is a SIGNIFICANT delay.Canadians awaiting their orders, we will contact you directly via email if you provided it at the time of your purchase, as Customs has rejected our mailings. Finally, we tested USPS, and something that was supposed to be delivered on 1/16/24, just got to the recipient today (8 days late). We apologize to anyone waiting for mail from us. We can assure you, it is not on us. I also strongly suggest you look at your receipt confirmation to verify that the address was input correctly. We've had about a dozen entered incorrectly by the purchaser due to them utilizing autofill when submitting their order. When emailing us, please provide your full name, address, and order number and we'll get any that need re-mailed out in the mail tomorrow. Thanks!
