My wife and I were at a meeting a couple of months ago and the speaker was giving a message about Islam. She made the comment that Islam is a lifestyle not just a religion like our Christianity. I looked at my wife and said "Christianity is SUPPOSED to be a lifestyle!"Sadly Christianity in America has become more of a label than a commitment. Very few (as a whole) buy into "ownership" in their church, which is why the church has become almost a non-factor in America. Going to a church isn't something that we "have" to do to make us a Christian, it is something we "get" to do to strengthen our faith. Being the church is what we do in everyday life as part of our walk with Christ. More of our Christianity should take place outside of the "church" building than inside of it.Prayer is good, but it is time we quit just "praying" about everything and start to put our faith into action.
