I had to reflect on the implications of Veteran’s Day this year and re-assess my personal attitude toward the idea of this celebration. First let me state that I am a staunch patriotic supporter of the American Constitutional Democratic Republic. My father was only 17 when WWII ended, but he had three brothers, my uncles, in the Army that all served honorably and saw combat during the war. During the Viet Nam era I had two of my closest friends drafted while I was in college. One earned a Purple Heart; both were changed by the experience. I also lost 21 members of my high school graduating class to the Viet Nam war. My father expressed his approval of me continuing to attend college and could not see the need for US intervention in South East Asia. After 9/11 I was proud of my nephew Vincent Sullivan, who out of a sense of moral obligation to do his patriotic duty joined the Marine Corps and went to Iraq. I attended his wedding at the Crystal Plaza two days prior to his returning to Iraq for his second tour of duty. If I knew then what I know now I would have encouraged him otherwise. I regret being fooled by the establishment like everyone else. At that time, I couldn’t see that it was all a “False Flag” gambit by the “Deep State” and MIC. Vincent, like so many others were just cannon fodder for the elite globalist. Lance Corporal Vincent Sullivan USMC, 24th Stay Platoon, Weapons Company, was killed in action on July 23rd 2004 by an improvised explosive device, five months after his marriage to his loving wife.
