Aaron John, 22, and Andrew James Williams, 20, were arrested and charged with capital murder. They were taken into custody by Fort Bliss military police where they reportedly lived. Surveillance video of the incident reportedly reveals the gunmen firing into a crowd. "Williams and John both produced handguns and began firing into the crowd," police said in anews release, according to elpasotimes.com. Also killed was James Nicholson, 26, who appears Hispanic. Retana appears white Hispanic. Four others were injured.
