90% of serotonin (the feel good hormone linked to depression) is produced in the Gut, NOT THE BRAIN! Medical science is so outdated even your GP is still misdiagnosing this problem by handing out serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI's) to anybody showing signs of depression. They simply do not work! They attempt to increase serotonin in the brain where the body isn't designed to.
I've seen first hand nearly my whole life how these anti depressants do not work from loved ones. The main ingredient in most antideppressants is organoflurorine which converts to fluoride mostly in the body - this makes one turn into apathy - basically the problem or concern you had originally goes away but at the cost of not being concerned or enthusiastic with anything else in life and creates a haze similar to no longer caring about anything anymore! (Just look at today's world where nobody is concerned with our freedoms being took every single day?).. Moving on.
Parkinsons which is the death of nerve cells in the brain, originates in the gut, the diseased nerve cells are first found in the small intestinal lining before the brain,
The entire GI Tract has over 100 billion neurons lining it in the enteric plexus, it is in direct communication with the entire body, what we think, feel, eat and drink all sends signals to the brain and changes its neuro pathways and chemistry leading to imbalance (disease).
It is constantly receiving data from what we ingest, this means our body is constantly learning and ever changing. You really are what you eat and everything you think originates from these neurons in the gut, the brain is only a receiver and should be called the secondary brain, anything mental or psychological should always be investigated in the gut first.
