I spoke with a very good friend about why I see things getting much, much, much worse. I also shared with this person why understanding the TORAH offers an alternative (Behavioral alternative) to what we are seeing happen across the globe. My thought is by serving in the KINGDOM of GOD, always involves helping others. The lest among us, if you will. I tend to see a KINGDOM mindset from a citizenry perspective as opposed to a religious obedience. In the same way that we honor our privileges as citizens of the USA. By observing the legal systems that bring order to our society. We are currently watching the order of our society collapse. Tyrannical government almost always follows! The instructions of the TORAH offer a similar freedom full of privileges. Even when the worst possible thing happens, representing our allegiance to the laws of GOD, to the instructions set forth in the Torah, GOD becomes visible to everyone in our path. I am reminded of Psalm 119. None of this was Jewish per-say but presented to ancient Israel in order that we would know it and could embrace the legality of the King and Kingdom https://biblehub.com/psalms/119.htmOur nation has tossed much of the Biblical principals that echoe GOD'S instructions or TORAHWhen visiting the ancient ruins in Asia Minor a pervasive thought followed me during the entire time there. The Kingdom of GOD is still under construction while the kingdoms of men rise and fall. GOD's instructions govern what HE is doing. The wisdom of mankind to not follow GOD's instruction is why they fail. Meanwhile, the Laws of the TORAH continue to build.I stated all the above for this reason. I do not see the Biblical story from a religious perspective at all these days. The Governments of the world are thumbing their noses and raising their fists against Almighty GOD....such was the case in the days of Noah (Long before Israel was born)This is why I think things are going to get much, much, much worse! Israel was always to be the messenger. Remember, the citizenry of most ancient kingdoms, that are now gone suffered collectively when governing kings, of other Kingdoms invaded the land or usurped the government by installing tyrannical leadership.Time has not changed human behavior. All done!
