Wow! Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has officially signed
another bill governing the bodies of our women. After first being
considered back in early March, DeSantis has now given his
approval on legislation that requires incest and rape victims to
show proof of their trauma in order to get an abortion.
Last year, Florida introduced a bill banning abortions after 15
weeks, following the historic overturning of Roe v. Wade - the
right to an abortion. A year later, on Thursday (April 13), the
Republican governor signed the Heartbeat Protection Act into
law, which bans abortions after six weeks, and also requires
victims of human trafficking, incest and rape to provide proof for
any exception from the ban. The only acceptable documentation
includes medical evidence, police reports and/or restraining
orders. It is reported that the exceptions would also end at 15
weeks of pregnancy. Furthermore, the new six-week ban will not
go into effect until Florida's Supreme Court overturns its
previous laws on abortion. However, once it does take effect, it
will make Florida one of the most restrictive states in regards to
undergoing an abortion. Elsewhere, it is reported that a recent
poll by the University of North Florida found that three-quarters
of Florida's population is opposed to a six-week ban.
Speaking on the newest piece of legislature, Gov. DeSantis says,
"We are proud to support life and family in the state of Florida. I
applaud the Legislature for passing the Heartbeat Protection Act
that expands pro-life protections and provides additional
resources for young mothers and families." In addition to Gov.
DeSantis' comments, a press release accompanied the news of
the new law and in it, New York and California governments were
criticized for going against the grain and providing its residents
with safe access to abortion services.

It’s the way to game the system so just like the democrats can never prove any of the allegations against Trump neither can they prove besides wouldn’t it be the best outcome to get these rapists human traffickers and pedophiles off the streets there in is the best reason to provide proof
