History has shown, and it has been well documented, that a disarmed people suffer horrible ends. Do not give up your arms or rights. The focus should be on protecting lives, not putting them in danger. Schools of all kinds should have sufficient security INCLUDING armed guards and or armed teachers. Guns ARE NOT THE PROBLEM! Raise your children to respect life and other people. Good old fashioned ass whippings are the cure for most behavioral problems. "Spare the rod, spoil the child" is on full display currently in America.
