I get this error when I click on notifications icon of which I have 49 and cant check them. What can I do?

Did you update the app? Or are you using desktop? If you did the update, have you created a new account? Are you able to access your original account?

This happened when I lost my original acct and had to create a new one. I updated the app twice.
