NATIONALISTS FOUNDED RUSSIAN COUNCILS IN MOSCOW AND ST. PETERSBURG
On November 4 at the Russian March, held in the format of meetings of like-minded people, nationalists established Russian Soviets in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Our channel presents an abridged political part of the Russian Soviets Manifesto (the full document can be read at rmarsh.info):
Russian March Manifesto 2022 - Manifesto of the Russian Soviets
We, nationally thinking representatives of Russian people, are compelled to ascertain absence of social and political representation of our Nation, and also systematic and institutional protection of its interests by the present superior management and institutes of Russian Federation (both state, and civil). For the decision of this problem at all levels, and also the organization of horizontal interaction on the urgent questions for Russian people, we establish Russian Councils, based on the following world outlook principles:
1. All for the nation, nothing against the nation. By the hands of the people, and for the people. People for whom the interests of the Russian people are not a priority, not sharing the ideology of Russian nationalism (in any of its variants, at least in a moderate form), national-idealism or national democracy, can not be in the Russian Councils.
2. Primordial approach to the concept of the Nation. The Russian nation is a socio-biological reality, not an artificial socio-cultural construct. Russians are people who were born as such and have a Russian identity (not considering themselves from birth as representatives of another people).
3. Russian Councils can support the useful social activity of certain social or other groups: farmers, workers, teachers, doctors, etc., while condemning attempts to split the Russian nation along religious, sexual and social lines and then pit one group against another.
4) The pan-European approach to the desired future for the Russian people: a society of general well-being, social justice, economic prosperity, the rule of law and respect for human rights. Adjusted for the obvious interests of the Russian people, including maximum tightening of migration policy, zero tolerance for ethnically-motivated crime, a reasonable tightening of citizenship law and moderate autarky.
5. The state's main priority should be the preservation and natural increase of the indigenous population, whose well-being and future should not be sacrificed to geopolitical projects. The Russian Soviets condemn those who urge our people to sacrifice their lives and resources for the sake of foreign interests, whether it be the establishment of a new world order in which Asian states will take the upper hand, the confirmation of world hegemony by "Western" political alliances, the protection of pro-Kremlin tyrants from Third World countries, the conclusion of profitable contracts for oligarchs, or anything else. There is nothing worthy of our agreeing to sacrifice the interests of the Russian people.
6. The Russian Soviets are friendly to pro-Russian representatives of the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation, but refuse to cooperate with hostile separatist national minority groups and other destructive groups that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
7. The Russian Soviets welcome the peaceful resolution of any conflicts between states, so long as this does not amount to national humiliation
