For 50 years I was an avid NFL football fan. The players have spoiled it for me with their display of ignorance. Then the NFL as a league allowed it to continue. When Tim Tebow played they would not allow him to kneel in celebration of God after he did something to be proud of. The league will encourage the players to kneel in disrespect of our National AnthemI, as a veteran decided to vote by turning off the TV. I have now watched for three years now and now I feel it is too late. If they had capitulated after the 1st year then maybe but now after 3 going on 4 years I do not miss it and I am even enjoying getting my Sunday back.
