One self-development tool I'm learning to use?? Positive Affirmations
Did you know that affirmations help us rewire our thought patterns and emotional responses??
The Bible even talks about this!? Taking negative thoughts captive, thinking only on things of truth and value, our words hold power of either life or death in our lives, those things we decree (or affirm) are established.
If you haven't begun speaking affirmations, may I encourage you to give it a shot?
Practice speaking out daily and evening positive affirmations/declarations. Say it out loud. Get a mental picture/vision of it in your head. Speak it like you mean it. ?? Give it a go for 10 minutes in the morning and evening.
It's my goal to hardwire my brain for massive success. I have a huge vision for 2021.??? If that's your goal too, awesome!? Because, I will be sharing my affirmations for the week.
