Well teachers are being trained right there is just a lot of backbiting amongst individuals and they form groups. It becomes like a game of Survivor where they vote out the strongest first. I don't know know how you want to deal with that? Religions seem to make sense to me.

They have clear rules and guidelines that actually make sense. That's why they are important.

Let's just say there is a reason for everything.
