Blinken: Russia questioned the credibility of its obligations after the missile attack on Odesa.The US Secretary of State said the Kremlin continues to show disregard for the safety and protection of millions of civilians as it "continues its assault on Ukraine."“This attack seriously casts doubt on the credibility of Russia's commitments under yesterday's agreement and undermines the work of the UN, Türkiye, and Ukraine to bring critical food to world markets. Russia is responsible for the deepening of the global food crisis and must stop its aggression and fully comply with the agreement to which it agreed,” Blinken said.
