Court in Kaliningrad banned distribution of book about Katyn. Linguistic research of the book was carried out in the FSB department for the Kaliningrad region. The authors of the book, according to the specialist, have a negative attitude towards the USSR under Stalin and "identify" its form of government "with the state policy of the current Russian state." The Katyn crime was the execution in April-May 1940 of almost 22,000 Polish citizens who were executed by decision of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of March 5, 1940.
