If you have received a unit from us through Fed Ex please let us know if there are any irregularities! We just got a report of a customer who received their package with the box completely soaked and sealed being wrapped completely with packing tape. We secure our packages with only 5 strips of packing tape and needless to say we don't give the box a bath before sending it out.
