Somebody is getting scared! Russian media reports that Kadyrov proposed taking "preemptive tactical measures" and deploying an air defense base in the Shali district of Chechnya. Ramzan Kadyrov, who not so long ago said: "We'll take Kyiv in three days" and urged Zelensky to surrender, now asks for air defense in the Chechen outback to protect against HIMARS and other marvels of military equipment.
