Putin has transferred the economy of the Russian Federation on a military footing.He signed a law according to which special measures are introduced in the Russian economy. The government of the Russian Federation received the right to introduce overtime work, as well as to forcibly attract enterprises to fulfill the state order for the needs of the army.
