It’s Sunday! Welcome to the Bubba Chronicles I can’t remember how old this picture is, maybe 8 years ago, she was on “vacation” at Harmon House Care Center, for some “relaxation and rehab” Bubba would make us all a little crazy when anyone was coming home for a visit! I can hear the words as I write this “George is coming, I need to start cooking”~”Frankie Frank E. Kostik will be home soon, he loves poppy seed cake, but I can’t make that, just incase he had to be tested!“ Adam Adam Kostik is coming, I need to bake cookies” ~Alex Alex Kostik likes Red Soup, but it’s summer” (I was spoiled I never left so I got her special treats all the time!) This trip was no different. She called me up! Your Brothers are coming home! Here’s your shopping list! As I rolled my eyes, I wrote it down and got to cooking. She was so irritated that she wasn’t the one doing the cooking and baking. I got at least 25 phone calls to make sure I was “doing it right”. So when Adam texted yesterday, my immediate thought was “Adam’s coming I need to go to the grocery store”. I still haven’t shopped so he may only get takeout but, the thought was there! 😂
