"For history does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or timid" Dwight D. Eisenhower Yesterday was the 78th Anniversary of D-Day. Eisenhower was the Supreme Commander of those forces. Several years later, he retired from the military and was elected President. He warned the nation of the military-industrial complex. Wonder what he would think of his nation, or the world for that matter today? Those who are attempting to erase history today are neither weak nor timid. They are belligerent and vocal. Why are we as a nation not standing up for our freedoms? Our history has provided blueprint after blueprint for the care and feeding of our nation. Why are we allowing others to try and used failed blueprints from other countries? We must stand up, be neither weak nor timid in speaking truth. The Constitution identifies what the government is allowed to do. The first 10 amendments clearly specify certain rights clearly reserved for citizens. Congress can NOT infringe. Don't allow individuals or ANY government to tell you different.
