Wow! This post means so much and I agree with everything you’ve said. Life has no rehearsal and I’m very grateful we had that heart to heart convo in Boston. I’m glad to have my brother back and look forward to creating many more memories.👊🏽 Love you Brother

Something that should have happened a long time ago, but better late than never… For those of you that don’t know, @philheath was one of my closest friends & officially the first ever athlete I managed…
Phil and I had some differences many years ago and went our separate ways… We didn’t speak for many years outside of saying “hi” when we ran into one another.. I’m sure we both let our egos get in the way and that was a mistake from both of us… We reconnected back at the Boston pro in April and talked things out, something we should have done many moons ago, but didn’t.
As we all know too well recently in our industry, life is fragile and too short to hold on to anything from the past… Any differences you may have had w someone in the past, ya need to talk that shit out and let it go.
If ya havn’t spoke to anyone in a while for what ever reason, reach out to them and fix it. Don’t let your ego get in the way and let time go by, cause once time is gone, you can’t get it back.
This weekend at @thefitexpo was like the old days… Laughing, clowning, cracking jokes, interviews, long ass lines, meals etc..
Phil has no idea I’m posting this, but it’s a life’s lesson we all can learn from…
I’m happy I have my friend back.

We have no promise of a tomorrow to fix things. I can think of several people who need to read your post. Not only read it, but follow your example.
