Saudi Arabia is the world's largest crude oil producer.In 2016, Saudi Arabia entered into a long-term agreement with Russia (the world's largest refined oil exporter) over coordinating their Oil production together.Currently China is buying Russian oil at a steep discount, making sure attempts to devalue their economy fail.- - - - -The Petrodollar, as it is known, is the practice of global markets exchanging oil in US dollars, which creates a currency hegemony for the US by creating constant demand for it's currency. Dollar-backed securities (US Treasury bonds) are more attractive to outside countries because they feel the dollar a stable investment. Countries buy these dollar-backed bonds to increase the credibility of their own money supplies. The sales of these debt bonds is what actually funds the US. (A Treasury bond is actual a bond set against the Government's ability to tax you to meet it's fiduciary obligations. It is also known as Sovereign Debt)-Should the global hegemony be broken, even slowly, what happens is that the value of the dollar becomes subject to devaluation and inflation, causing it to becomes worth less overall, creating further weaknesses in its global portfolio, and moving more countries away from it, and into foreign currency markets. Countries cease buying US debt bonds, and suddenly, the US has a big issue. Until recently, dollar amount transactions accounted for an estimated 80% of global trade, but this is projected to shrink rapidly with the break in global markets toward competitor markets.-Supply chain issues and inflation issues being faced in the US are part of a larger move by nations away from the ailing superpower. Decades of ineffective foreign policy, corrupt bureaucracy, and failed expansionist efforts have left a gap in its power structure.India, China, Russia, and Saudi Arabia have all signalled their intent, and are working in conjunction to systematically undermine the corrupt superpower's hold over the globe.What we see now, is only the beginning of much larger moves underway.A cabal, is falling.
