Regardless of what you've been going through, you have the ability to breathe, take in new information, remove negative beliefs which have paralyzed your growth and produce some incredible momentum. Getting Bulma to smile is always fun as she loves treats and loves to jump on me while I'm laying down on the couch or stretching on the floor.
